She later served as Global Head – Marketing and Employer Branding at Artech, one of the largest IT staffing firms in the United States, where she translated business strategy into employer brand, internal communication, and engagement frameworks that strengthened talent attraction and organizational culture.
Today, she partners with organizations that are scaling, transforming, or competing for critical talent, helping leadership teams build credible employer brands, clear employee value propositions, and stronger alignment between brand promise and employee experience.
